I’m by no means staking a claim to intrepid investigative journalism (a girl can dream though). As it turns out, the thief returned the gown to the Hollywood hotel he’d stolen it from after learning the 6 000 white Akoya pearls on the $150 000 Calvin Klein dress ‘weren’t real’. Then called TMZ instead of the cops. That’s 15 minutes of fame, right there. You couldn’t make this shizz up even if you tried.

Thanks for laughter and the scoop, Bongani. You made my weekend.
love & light
PS: Was the dress even stolen? If not, TMZ owes me a good few hours sleep.
